The PiP Mode Using An Extension

So, Safari has an extension named PiPifier which is a native extension for Safari for Picture-in-Picture mode. Then the extension also allows you to use PiP mode on any HTML5 video.

To Download the extension PiPifier from the App Store. You can also search the App Store with the name PiPifier and install it. Then for more extensions, browse through Safari and then click on the Extensions window.
